1. Eligibility for Claim:

– Travel Period: 15 August 2025 – 17 August 2025
– Currency: Claims will be reimbursed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) only
– Eligibility Criteria:
Visitors must be Gold & Jewellery industry business representatives or trade buyers who have purchased:
– Over 1kg of 916 gold or equivalent value in other jewellery, or
– Products worth RM440,000 and above (no geographical restrictions – applicable to both local and international trade buyers)
– Documentation Required:
– Valid business card
– Original or digital receipts of purchase
– Hotel booking confirmation under the claimant’s name

2. Hotel Subsidy Claim Details:

– Subsidy Amount:
Eligible visitors will receive a flat hotel subsidy of RM300 (per company)

– Redemption Limit:
Each company is entitled to one (1) hotel subsidy claim only

– Proof Required:
– Valid purchase receipts meeting the eligibility threshold
– Hotel booking confirmation matching the exhibition period (15–17 August 2025)
– Business card of the claiming trade buyer

3. Redemption Procedure:

– Redemption Location:
Please proceed to the redemption counter during the exhibition period to claim your hotel subsidy

– Deadline for Claim Submission:
All claims must be submitted before the end of the Penang Signature Gold, Gems & Jewellery Fair 2025

4. General Conditions:

– Incomplete, illegible, or late submissions will not be accepted
– The organiser reserves the right to reject any claims not meeting the criteria or submitted with invalid/insufficient documentation
